Update documentation to orient users to new features and enhancements in our monthly product releases. Documentation is tailored for three main audiences: IT administrators who govern the platform at their companies, business professionals who build Quick Base applications to manage workflows, end users who use apps to track data and manage their work.

Release notes
Continuously improve the process and format for our monthly release notes. Conducted a successful research study to identify customer preferences for communications about new product features. Collaborated with QA, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Engineering to streamline the notes.
- November 2019 new “change-log” format linking to Community content developed by product marketing.

Created scripts for and managed the production of videos 6-10 of a 10-part video series that orients new users to the value and key features of our product. Matched the tone and style of videos 1-5.

UX writing
Improved usability of new automated workflow feature
Improved usability of field mapping in Quick Base Automations in partnership with UX designer/researcher. Re-design increased SUS score by 43%.
